١. نظرة عامة على الخدمة
Irchad provides a platform where users can submit questions and receive personalized answers from advisors. This service is for informational purposes only. The answers provided do not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
2. Registration & Security
To use Irchad, you must verify your mobile number via OTP. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you choose to delete your account via the Profile settings, all data and remaining credits will be permanently removed.
3. Packages & In-App Purchases
We provide a limited number of free question credits for new users. Additional credits must be purchased through our official packages. All transactions are handled securely via Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat.

4. Professional Disclaimer
Advisors on Irchad are independent contributors. Irchad does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any advice given. You agree that your use of the App and reliance on any content is at your own risk.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
